The Online Personal Training Program Includes:

First, a health and Exercise History Questionnaire will be sent to you. you'll be asked about your fitness goals, workout experience, how much time you have to exercise, etc. This information will be used to build a fitness plan designed just for you. 

You will be asked to take photos so that you can see the progress that you've made from start to finish.

After receiving the Health and exercise history Questionnaire, a Nutrition plan and Customized workout will be sent to you within 3 days.

Monthly weigh-ins to make sure that both are held accountable to the program and the process towards a new you. Additionally, you will have support for any questions/concerns you may have at anytime!
